Test benches engineered with CE-certified calibrated components and on-board PLC control, equipped with calibrated sensors, real-time monitoring and data logging for complete test result traceability. Designed for maximum operator safety, ergonomics and compactness, with energy optimization through an integrated regenerating system and quick couplings for rapid hose and fitting connections.
Technical Data & Certifications
Systems designed and manufactured in compliance with CE certification and major international standards including ASME, PED and EU Directive specifications. Process control includes WPS, PQR, NDT and mechanical stress testing. Surface treatments range from phosphating and nitrocarburizing to stainless steel finishing and anodizing, with painting up to C5M cycle. Available materials include AISI 316L, 6MO, duplex, aluminium, carbon steel and cast iron.
