Danfoss Authorized Service Center
Within the Flodraulic Group, the service network operates as a Danfoss Authorized Service Center, providing certified repair and replacement services for Danfoss components.
Internal Service
Hydraulic components are thoroughly examined at the Flodraulic Group service facilities in Italy, including hydraulic power units, pumps, motors, valves, proportional distributors, orbital motors and steering units. Repair or replacement decisions are based on careful technical evaluation using original spare parts from the respective manufacturers.
Test Benches
Hydrostatic units are tested on a dynamic test bench with a regenerative system for energy recovery, supporting test power levels up to 500 kW. Internal test benches cover all hydraulic components up to 600 bar, ensuring certified performance validation before delivery.
On-Site Support
Upon customer request, the Flodraulic Group provides worldwide assistance during machine assembly, commissioning and periodic maintenance, with dedicated personnel and equipment deployed directly on site for analysis, commissioning and fine-tuning of all types of hydraulic systems
