Manifolds designed for compactness and ease of installation, with non-standard geometry to fit available machine space and full compatibility with any valve cavity, port thread and flange interface. Material, surface treatment and painting options are available to match customer specifications. Product quality is certified to 3.1 and 3.2 standards, with non-destructive and pressure testing on every unit. Fluid dynamics and FEM structural analysis ensure minimal pressure loss and guaranteed mechanical strength
Technical Data & Certifications
Manifolds designed and certified in compliance with major international certification bodies, including DNV GL, ABS, BV, RINA, LR, ATEX, SIL and PED requirements. Engineering standards cover IEC 61508, IEC 61511, ASME and EU Directive specifications. Process control includes WPS, PQR, NDT and mechanical stress testing. Surface treatments range from phosphating and nitrocarburizing to stainless steel finishing and anodizing, with painting up to C5M cycle. Available materials include AISI 316L, duplex, aluminium, carbon steel and cast iron.
